Support Hub is a cutting-edge online platform created to simplify access and communication for our corporate (B2B) clients. As a new corporate client, all you need to do is create a company account using your email.
Once logged in to the platform with your company account, you have 24/7 real-time access to your repair status and can instantly submit questions or report potential issues via ticketing.
My Account – Mobile Technology
If you are a client experiencing an issue with your equipment or software, you can describe it in the Support Hub via a ticket. Your request will be automatically routed to the appropriate department for a prompt response.
For equipment currently in our technical department for repair, you can view a record of your products, the identified issues for each one including descriptions, notes and responses from our technicians, as well as the current stage of each repair.
For your convenience, we support single sign-on for both the Support Hub and Product Hub. This means you log in once and can seamlessly submit requests or make purchases within the same environment.
You can review historical data on past repairs, even if no equipment is currently in service. For example, track when devices sent in the past were repaired etc., to gain transparent insights and optimize your maintenance and prevention KPIs.
Additionally, you can send us any other questions, which will be routed to the appropriate department to ensure you receive the correct answers and complete support.
