The installation process is so easy and fast that you can have a fully operational solution on the very same day that you receive it. It operates autonomously, meaning independently of your WMS or network, and can be configured for different application areas without requiring IT knowledge or specialized equipment/software.
Download the app to your mobile phone or use the keypad to activate automated tasks. In this way, you can define existing and new routes, as well as monitor or modify the XP15’s tasks.
It uses twice as many laser sensors as usual and features an additional bumper strip to ensure safe movement in narrow spaces.
It is guided by reflective stickers placed on the ceiling and, once it starts operating, it does not stop, while always knowing its position and being able to return to its route. This is because the ceiling remains stable at all times and free of obstacles.

To start an automated task, simply press the Start button or first select a task from the keypad and then press Start. To operate manually, just grab the handle, and the XP15 will switch back to a pallet truck.
Under normal working conditions, the battery capacity is sufficient for one shift. For more intensive tasks, you can use a second battery, which is easily installed in a plug-and-play manner. The charging time is only 3 hours, and you can connect or disconnect it whenever you wish.
There are no restrictions. It operates smoothly in any space, on any floor or ceiling… or even without a ceiling! Just make sure its sensors don’t get obscured.
Simply train the cobot on the new route while moving with the pallet truck. Once the route is recorded, the cobot-AGV can repeat it on its own. Then, activate this task by entering a number on the keypad.
