The product warranty is provided by the Manufacturer, which guarantees that throughout the warranty period the products or their parts are free from any manufacturing defects. In the event that a problem occurs with the product during the warranty period, the Manufacturer is obliged to repair the defect or replace the device with another identical or equivalent product, at its sole discretion. Product or parts replacement may include refurbished or repaired parts or components, provided that they ensure the proper functioning of the product. 

This warranty does not cover: 

• Any product on which the factory serial number or the date of purchase has been altered, defaced, removed, or changed from the original labels affixed to the product. 

• Damage, wear, or malfunction caused by, arising from, or resulting from accident, misuse, use outside the product specifications, negligence, fire, water, radiation, or other environmental influences, or failure to comply with the product’s operating instructions. 

• Repair or attempted repair by a technician not authorized by the Manufacturer. 

• Any malfunction or damage caused during transportation or installation of the product. 

• Voltage fluctuations or power supply variations (use outside the manufacturer’s specifications). 

• Use of spare parts or components that are not compatible with the manufacturer’s original specifications. 

• Normal wear and tear. 

• Any other cause not related to a defect in materials or workmanship of the product. 

The warranty also does not cover the cost of transportation and installation of the product, nor the cost of any consumables used. The warranties provided by the Company are exclusively those expressly stated herein, and no other warranties, whether express or implied, exist beyond those mandatorily provided by law. The Company makes no warranty as to the fitness of the product for a particular purpose. In all cases, the repair or replacement of a defective product is subject to the warranty terms of the Manufacturer, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. The Company acts solely as an intermediary between the Customer and the Manufacturer for the repair or replacement of the defective product. The Manufacturer may, at its discretion, appoint another legal entity, other than the Company, to provide warranty repair or replacement services. The warranty period shall commence on the invoice date. The Company shall bear no liability for any damage suffered by the Customer or any third party arising from the defective operation or use of the product, whether or not expressly stated herein, including, without limitation, loss or destruction of data. In any event, the liability of both the Company and the Manufacturer shall be limited to the purchase price of the product. The warranty shall apply only if, upon detection of a defect, the competent department of the Company is notified in writing within a reasonable period of time, a special form provided by the Company is duly completed indicating the product type and serial number, and the present invoice is submitted, provided that none of the exclusions set forth above apply. Transportation of the product for repair shall be carried out at the Customer’s sole responsibility and expense, even if such transportation is arranged by the Company at the Customer’s request.
