- Ensure that the label is within the antenna’s range.
- Check for physical damage, cracks, or moisture. In such cases, the label must be replaced with a new one.
Check status e.g. low battery. If a label has been out of range for an extended period or has undergone multiple changes/flash beyond the manufacturer’s recommendations, its battery may be depleted. In such cases, the battery must be replaced, which can be done by you.
- Verify that the label and its price are properly synchronized with the central system.
- Check signal reception from the antenna or communication gateway.
- Try sending an update or price change from the management software.
- If supported, test sending a flash update from the management software.
- Observe whether the label’s display updates content or remains frozen.
- Check if the label’s LED is blinking.
