AGV Co-bot XP15

Regular automation projects usually take several months to run and problems causing extra delays, might still emerge. For those in immediate need of an AGV or a Co-bot, Mobile Technology presents XP15, a smart intralogistics solution, which can be operated as a co-bot or as an electric pallet truck, by the push of a button. Thanks to its simplicity, low cost and easy set up many XP15 co-bots find their place in factories and logistics.

A basic task is set up within an hour and once it runs, it keeps running. It is easy to set up for various applications without IT knowledge or specialized hardware and software. The XP15 features plug-in battery design and is equipped with 24V/60Ah Li-ion battery as standard, which allows for maximum uptime and high availability. The XP15 offers route settings and transportation task monitoring via Bluetooth, plus you can add new routes and stations quickly on any Android device or via an optional keyboard.

XP15 has been developed by EP Equipment, while Mobile Technology is an Authorized System Integrator Partner, able to supply, install and provide after sales support for the co-bot in Greece and Cyprus. If you would like XP15 to join your team as soon as possible, just contact one of our advisors.

Low cost

Low cost, but high expectations

At a price of 25.000€ with DIY installation, this is a very affordable option compared to other co-bots! Rental options are also available from 995€/month.

Co-bot

Co-bot by definition

The base of the XP15 is a manually operated electric pallet truck, but the truck drives automated tasks as well. Let the co-bot cover A-B-A transportation, people can be deployed for more skilled and value-added tasks. It can drive on rough floors, navigate narrow areas, pick up closed pallets, negotiate slopes and pass doorways. At any point it can be used as a normal pallet truck. Just take the truck, pick up or drop off the pallet and with the push of a button it continues its automation task.
With conventional AMR, the user is not supposed to interfere in the operation. As a co-bot, XP15 can operate according to your decisions. The user can switch between manual and automation operation easily.
The co-bot works like a tool, as an assistant of the warehouse workers and production lines and it does not have the ambition to replace people; instead, the co-bot will help the warehouse workers with repetitive tasks.

2D Navigation

Unique and simple 2D Navigation

The XP15 uses an in-house developed 2D visual navigation technology. It navigates by the stars: The co-bot finds its navigation points through reflective stickers on the roof. Once it runs, it runs, since the roof does not change and is always free of obstacles. With absolute positioning, the co-bot always knows its position and can find its way back to the route.
The navigation system is the key to the simple use and price level. This is a leapfrog technology that allows a new style of set up and usage.
Furthermore, for maximum safety, the XP15 uses double laser detectors and an additional bumper strip for narrow spaces.

Plug n Play

 Plug & Play Setup

Standalone, no WMS, network connection or infrastructure needed.
It enables easy learning using the intuitive app, as well as easy change or route expansion. You can expect basic implementation in 1 day time and benefit from the all the above, because co-bot XP15 is a product, not a project.

Potential

 Numerous Potential

While we always try to keep it simple and we always start from 1 co-bot and 1 task, there is more in what XP15 can do. With the help of a local expert or system integrator we can push the boundaries.
Multi robot, traffic control, multi-tasking, column loading/block stacking, sequential loading, call-box to pull the co-bot to your work station or M2M-to-AMR communication. Basically every application can be peeled down and deducted to one of the above tasks. Imagine having a pallet truck run around in your assembly plant all day, ready to bring carts, boxes and pallets up to 1500kg from the warehouse to your workstation. Imagine having a pallet truck run around all day bringing the ready goods from production to the warehouse. Or simply bring goods from point to point by the push of a button.
